Not only was she the youngest participant, but she also held the title of the youngest female flyer until the age of 16. This early exposure to aviation set the stage for a life marked by ambitious pursuits, coupled with the values instilled through Scripture Therapy.
ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND CHOICE THEORY
Kyra's academic journey was no less impressive. From grades 1 to 6, she was a part of the Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) program, showcasing her exceptional intellectual abilities. Throughout grades 7 to 12, Kyra maintained a remarkable 4.0 GPA, consistently earning a spot on the honor roll. In her junior and senior years, she achieved the Principal's Honor Roll distinction and was inducted into the prestigious National Honor Society in her final year of high school. All this was achieved without her missing a single day of school from the date she enrollment in kindergarten, until the day she graduated high school.

Beyond academics and personal development, Kyra showcased her hands-on skills by taking on the task of replacing the engine in her 2006 Prius. Undeterred by the challenge, she purchased a wrecked version of the exact year, make, and model “Bruno” to serve as a parts donor for her beloved vehicle “Shelley.” Kyra's willingness to tackle complex mechanical tasks reflects not only her determined and resourceful nature but also the practical problem-solving skills instilled by Choice Theory.
REAL ESTATE MAVERN
Kyra’s entrepreneurial spirit became evident when, at the age of 18, she obtained her California real estate license. She gained her interest for real estate while working with her dad “Regis the Realtor,” from the age of nine.
With a strategic plan in place, she aspires to immerse herself in wholesale real estate and own rental properties by the age of 26. Kyra has been involved in the real estate industry since 2014, engaging in activities such as flipping houses, developing land, and building homes, all while applying the principles of Choice Theory to her decision-making process.
